01Agreement to Terms
Effective from the moment you register an account on Badpro.
By registering on Badpro, accessing the platform at badpro.app, or using any of its services – including sports betting, esports markets, Roulette, Aviator, or Ludo games – you enter into a legally binding agreement with Badpro. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the full agreement between you and Badpro.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register or use Badpro. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Badpro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Acceptance by Use
Using any feature of Badpro – even before account registration is complete – constitutes partial acceptance of these terms. This includes browsing the odds, watching live streams, and participating in any free-to-play promotions.
Language of Agreement
These Terms are provided in English. Where Urdu translations are provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in case of any discrepancy.
02Eligibility
Who is allowed to register and play on Badpro.
Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on Badpro. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held will be returned to the payment source after verification. Age verification may be requested at any time.
Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on Badpro or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy for any third party.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Badpro employee where that association creates a conflict of interest.
Verification
Badpro reserves the right to request identity documents including CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until the matter is resolved.
03Account Registration
One account per player. Accurate information is required at all times.
Each player is permitted to hold one active Badpro account only. Registering multiple accounts – regardless of the device, phone number, or payment method used – is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.
Registration Requirements
- Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC must be provided accurately.
- Your mobile number must be active and registered in your own name.
- Your date of birth must be accurate – Badpro uses this for age verification.
- Your registered payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.) must belong to you personally.
- Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Badpro login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Badpro will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support@badpro.app immediately.
Account Transfers
Badpro accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure.
04Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on Badpro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Deposit Rules
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Badpro does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposits made during system maintenance may be delayed. Badpro is not liable for delays caused by payment provider outages.
- If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- Badpro may request identity verification before processing a first-time withdrawal or unusually large withdrawal request.
- Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
- Withdrawals to bank accounts (IBFT) may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
05Betting Rules
Applies to all sports betting, esports betting, and casino game wagers placed on Badpro.
Bet Placement
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Badpro reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including in cases of suspected advantage play or system abuse.
- Minimum single bet: Rs 100. Accumulator minimum: Rs 100 total stake.
- Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.
Bet Settlement
- Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser.
- In-play bets are settled on confirmed results only. If a match is abandoned or postponed, stakes are returned unless a sufficient portion of the event has been completed for an official result to stand.
- Badpro reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or where settlement data is unavailable within a reasonable timeframe.
- Winnings are credited to your Badpro wallet within minutes of official result confirmation.
Odds and Pricing
All odds are displayed in decimal format. Badpro makes every effort to offer competitive odds, but we reserve the right to change odds before bet confirmation in the event of significant market movements. In-play odds update in near real-time and may be temporarily suspended during high-action moments in a match.
06Bonuses & Promotions
Specific terms apply to every Badpro promotion. These general rules apply to all bonuses.
Badpro promotions are designed to be genuinely usable. However, bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page, which take precedence over these general guidelines in case of conflict.
General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion is available to one account per household, per device, and per payment method.
- Bonuses can only be claimed by the named account holder. Proxy claims on behalf of another person are not permitted.
- Badpro reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if evidence of abuse, bonus farming, or coordinated exploitation is found.
- Free bets do not return the stake amount as part of the winnings – only the net profit from the free bet is credited.
- Bonuses expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
Wagering Requirements
Most Badpro bonuses carry a wagering requirement – a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering progress can be tracked from your account dashboard.
07Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Badpro maintains a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, cheating, and platform abuse.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with any part of the Badpro platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Participating in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity.
- Collusion between players in any real-money Ludo tournament or multi-player game format.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, bet limits, or account sanctions.
- Chargeback fraud – disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving services from Badpro.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering) through the Badpro platform.
Any account found engaging in the above activities will be suspended immediately. Funds in the account at the time of suspension may be held pending investigation. Badpro cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving fraud or financial crime.
08Privacy & Data
How Badpro collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Data Collection
Badpro collects the information you provide during registration and any subsequent verification processes. This includes your name, contact number, date of birth, and payment details. We also collect behavioural data including login times, games played, and transaction history for account management and fraud prevention purposes.
Data Usage
- To operate your account and process transactions.
- To verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
- To send you promotions and notifications you have opted into.
- To investigate disputed transactions and support queries.
Data Sharing
Badpro does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors necessary to complete your transactions, and with authorities where legally required. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
09Responsible Gaming
Badpro provides tools to help you keep gambling within healthy limits.
Badpro is committed to responsible gaming. The tools described below are available to all registered players at no charge. Using them does not require contacting support – they can be activated directly from your account settings. Badpro encourages all players to set limits before they start, not after a bad session.
Available Tools
- Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour review period.
- Cooling-Off Periods – Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account resumes automatically when the period ends.
- Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your account. Badpro will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.
- Reality Check – Set a session time reminder that notifies you how long you've been playing.

10Liability Limitations
The extent of Badpro's responsibility to you as a player.
Platform Availability
Badpro aims to provide uninterrupted access to its platform but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and third-party disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. Badpro is not liable for any losses arising from inability to access the platform, including missed betting opportunities during downtime.
Betting Outcomes
Badpro accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of betting activity. All betting involves financial risk and results are determined by the outcomes of real events or certified random systems. Your decision to place a bet is entirely your own, made with the understanding that you may lose your stake.
Technical Errors
In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, Badpro reserves the right to correct the error. If a bet was placed and won as a direct result of a known technical malfunction or pricing error, the winnings may be voided and the original stake returned. Badpro will communicate such decisions through the in-account messaging system.
11Account Suspension & Termination
Circumstances under which Badpro may restrict or close your account.
Grounds for Suspension
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspicious account activity or suspected fraud, pending investigation.
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from your payment provider.
- A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
Process After Suspension
When an account is suspended, any open bets at the time of suspension will be settled normally on final results. Funds not related to the matter under investigation will be returned to the registered payment method after the investigation concludes. Badpro aims to complete account reviews within 14 working days and will communicate outcomes via email or in-account messages.
Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your Badpro account at any time by contacting support@badpro.app. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any balance in your account at the time of closure request will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 working days, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or disputes exist.
12Changes to These Terms
How and when Badpro updates its Terms and Conditions.
Notification of Changes
Badpro may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via in-account notification and, where contact details are available, via email or SMS. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued Use as Acceptance
Your continued use of the Badpro platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you may close your account by contacting support@badpro.app before the effective date of the changes.
